The second edition of FWD Women Circle was joined by Manju Sara Rajan (CEO, The Kochi Biennale Foundation), Monica Suri (General Manager, Le Meridien), Nisha Jose (Social Changer), Rekha Menon ( TV Anchor & Media Personality), Annah Chakola (Founder & Creative Director of Boho Gypsy), Dr. It was an exclusive platform to engage, network and work towards empowering each other. FWD Women Circle 2017 presented by Rajasree Motors, powered by MOM Premuim Birth Centre, co-powered by Velvet Condoms for Women, in association with Le Meridien, TBZ – Tribhovandas Bhimji Zaveri, Fratelli Vineyards, Big Joe’s Cold Storage, Exo, Nila Herbal Soap and Toni&Guy Essensuals, with WtzupCity, Red FM, Liso Chocolatier, Dhathri Abs Wellness Clinic and Tanishq as partners, was a day that invoked thought about gender norms and effecting change. Rekha has helped set up two not-for-profit organizations – Pratham Books and Akshara Foundation.This year’s FWD Women Circle on 12th March at Le Meridien, Kochi was a truly inspiring and thought- invoking event. She is an active hiking and cycling enthusiast. She was featured in India’s Most Powerful Women of 2016 by Business Today. She has more than 30 years of experience as an entrepreneur and has managed many companies during these three decades. Accenture was only a consulting company, and she set up the delivery center, and the outsourcing business started later. She joined Accenture in 2004 and helped to set up the corporate function for Accenture in India. Later she joined Eicher and Ashok Leyland, which taught her the merits of diversity and inclusion. She was a gold medalist and topper of the batch.
Rekha finished her Master’s in business administration from Xavier School of Management in Jamshedpur. Unfortunately, Rekha has not been featured on Wikipedia as of yet. We hope to update it soon in the future as soon as possible.
